Heaven's bright symphony -

Showers of cadences

Layered and shimmering

Over and under -

Weaving God's praises in

Many dimensions

Transparent and merging with

Liquid and solid like

Oceans of glass -

Oh for the glory where

Christ in His holiness

Reaches from heaven and

Calls up His chosen ones -

Oh for that home!

Perfect and beautiful

Radiant and welcoming

Holy and sparkling

Filled with the fullness of

God on His throne!

Lord let us carry that

Beauty of holiness -

All through the darkness

And pain of this life let us

Shine with Your light.

Hold us and keep us

In Your faithful beauty till

Life is all over then

Lord stoop from heaven and

Carry us home.
