I see God's grace in purpleness, Deepening into holiness In sweet tears and sanctification. I see the royal blue of victory From the King of Kings' dominion Over life and death and circumstance. I see the light blue of revelation Blazing down from heaven's eyes In indignation at all lies. I see the vivid green of true revival Sown in Jesus' holy tears, Like liquid lightning from God's throne. I see the moldy, mildewed green Of murky stagnant waters In corrupted church environments. I see the darkness of hell and devils In the chasm that has lost all hope And in the sin-struck world. I see the yellows of joy and jealousy - One true and radiant, The other sickly and cloying. I see the brown mud of carnality Holding, sticking, and defiling Until God cleanses us. I see the white of purity - Blood-washed and dove-borne in the soul, And blazing in angels' swords.
I see the orange of sweet fruit Grown in the Spirit On the Vine that is Christ. I see the redness of blood poured out, Fiery judgment raining down, And power blazing in God's strength. I see the pinkness of God's love Glowing for His grace and glory, Healing and preparing His bride.
